I currently live in Springfield VA, but lived in Philly for ~ 30 years (I "bleed green") and worked for an architecture firm GBQC now defunct) in the former Horn and Hardart mansion 2410 Pine St)). I remember Fitler Square fondly and would live there if I could afford it! Keep up the great reporting!
